TK Seafood @ Chinatown, Bangkok
01 April 2016
Hello food lovers! Back to the topic, it is my food trip in both Bangkok and Korea and today I'm going to share a popular seafood restaurant that we spotted during my trip to Bangkok. To be honest, I don't usually go for a food trip except with a bunch of friends or family because it's much cheaper compare with just 2-3 person and with more friends, you can try more food and ORDER MORE! It was so fun because I ate a lot of SEAFOOD!! What better than seafood with cheaper price and bigger portion than our own country! OMG
Okay, for your information (as I mentioned earlier on the Chocolate Vile post) it's best to take taxi as your main transportation when you go with a group of people (6-8 persons) because it's more worth and quite reasonable for you to take taxi there. It's less than RM10 per person and you don't have to worry much on that but there are only one thing that I'm not very satisfied... It's their traffic condition. Even a 5km journey can take you more than 20 mins if the traffic condition was super busy and terrible. We planned to visit Chinatown earlier on the second day of our trip because I'm craving for seafood seriously!
So we wakeup quite early and visited some place in Bangkok which I will cover it on my next Bangkok Itinerary post. After that we reach Chinatown and it was quite scary with the amount of people there. So crowded during this CNY and I swear no more trip to Bangkok during CNY next time. Traffic was terrible , super jam and lots of tourist bus. The taxi driver refuse to fetch us straight to the place we wanted so we have to stop at a place and walk by ourself + refer to the map that we print out before our trip.
We don't have internet access during the whole trip except in our Hotel and we decided to ask people around us. It's so fun because we found that most of the people in Chinatown actually speaks and understand Mandarin. (Of course man! It's CHINATOWN) lol After 25 mins of searching and asking, we reached this seafood restaurant. I was so shocked because not as crowded as they mention and maybe it's still early because that time we reached there was around 5.30pm. So lucky we able to get a proper seat and table outdoor without waiting and standing for 1 hour!
Their opening hour was 6pm onward but have no idea why there are still full inside the whole indoor restaurant. We have no choice but feel blessed even we seat at outdoor. lol Maybe CNY they open earlier I guess? Next, we just sit down and looking at our menu and guess what!! People start queuing beside our table lol.
CROWDED AFTER 6.15pm like that! The waiting line was super duper long and I feel extra lucky for having a proper seat here again. HAHAHAHAHA Then everyone just start looking at each other's table and see what food we order and some even come to ask whether can they share table with us! LOL So funny
I'm not sure the name of the what we order because we just randomly point it out and order what we think it's nice. Honestly, the grilled crab with eggs really good and the fish we ordered taste so fresh too. OMG REALLY QUITE NICE!! Crab & Fish = recommended!
#1 Vegetable
#2 Crab crab!!
#3 This is the fish that taste sooooooo good and fresh one!
#4
#5
#6
#7
#8 Best tomyam ever! Not very spicy so I can enjoy this to the max xD
#9 Their fish really so fresh and yummy, so end up we order another dish again!
So we ordered total 9-10 dishes (I didn't take photo for one last dish because I really don't have extra clean hand to take my camera out and capture it lol) and 5-6 coconut as our drink! Best seafood companion ever! HAHAHAHAHA I took 3 bowl of rice and the crab small really quite small so it's better if you order the large one or medium if you wish to have more meat and bigger portion for yourself lol.
After all, it cost us only RM42-48 per person (total 8 person). Okay, it's really super reasonable and I guess it's the only place i willing to spend and eat non-stop for seafood. Anyway, we never expect this can be so reasonable and cheap & no wonder so popular in Bangkok. Not over rated and so far from our personal experience it's pretty good except you have to be extra patient when calling the waitress or add any extra order / rice to your table. It's so hard to reach them because everyone was so busy serving their table and you have to stand up or shout out loud so that they hear you lol. Like pasar malam like that! AHAHAHAHA Rice serve in a big bowl portion, so you can just estimate whether you need to order extra rice or not.
Personally, I will wish to come here again for second time if I'm in Bangkok again. Will plan for another food trip again next year and I will come back to you again TK Seafood! HAHAHAHA So, feel free to add this as one of your must-go list in Bangkok if you are seafood lover!!!

BKK Trip #4 : Shopping Heaven ♥ Place To Shop
26 October 2013
Hey Yooo Everyone :3 ♥ Good Morning my sunshine! So this should be the last part and also last post to end with my BKK Trip. Such a great trip for girls to do our shopping but there are still something which I hate. My face :'( It took me almost 2 week to recover but until now my forehead still haven fully recover. Maybe I sleep too late everyday and need to wake up 8am to feed my Bebe. But still I actually quite enjoy because you know... I'm such a pet lover and it really took me some time to cheer my mom up for this permit to own a pet of course thanks my brother too! AHHAHAHAHA
So recently you can know from my instagram and facebook I'm always hiding myself at home! Lol Somehow I'm really excited to make a good ending for this post because I'm going to start my Korea Post and some video haul!! I'm very excited and hope that my video do help some of you who going to Korea soon and thinking what to grab! HAHAHAAH But my haul not much la..just some mini beauty skincare product haul. Apart from that..NOW!! I'm going to start my last post for my BKK Trip! ARE YOU READY?
♥LET'S GET STARTED♥
So yea! I visited few place and most of the place just walk around 5 mins can reach & I didn't really do other thing rather than SHOPPING! AHAHAHAHHA Because I told you right I'm so stress after my internship so I decided just shop and spend til drop only. Our 5D4N trip just end like that and the last day actually wasted because we need to take care our luggage inside the hotel and 3 of us including me 2 of us K.O already. I remember the last 3 days we went actually raining at night and the last day was raining at the early morning. Before that night I guess all of our leg and body already DAMN tired. So the last day I get sick. My muscle so pain and really sick. I feel faint and even I saw lots of delicious food in front of me..I still ...cnt motivate myself to eat them. So suffer because we actually check out our hotel room and no Wifi :'( Arghhhh Luckily my friend got some panadol for us.
I'm not sure most of you went there with your friends or for business purpose. I went there not because of business purpose I just wanna shop til drop but somehow if you go with your friends for personal shopping purpose it's better because I wanna to grab as much as possible with cheap price but most of the shop have to purchase up to 3 pieces only can get a price lower and below RM20. Like that only consider cheap for me and I didn't want to purchase those T shirt or what I wanna get myself what I can't get previously like all chiffon and colorful dress or top. This is like my mission of the trip! HAHAHAHA So as you can see from the photo above my bed is full of colorful clothes :P I really think colorful outfit can cheer me up. No more monday blues next time and during that few month because I know I'm going to BKK I actually do lots of shopping online and also at the same time save money for that. I have no idea how can I resist my mind that not to go shopping at KL. Just feel so poor once I got my RM600 salary I just save all in my bank minus petrol , touch & go , lunch and all expenses I used during my internship time I only left like RM200 for my own. So poor like that but I still can survive .. Lol Feel so motivated after that! HAHAHAHAHA
Plus I'm really stress during that internship period and I'm gonna blog it soon since I already GOT MY RESULT! Please junior and for those who searching company for internship.. OPEN YOUR EYE AS BIG AS POSSIBLE if not you might experience what I experienced previously. I guess I'm always out of my topic I should get back to my main topic. hmmmmm..Where I stop liao ??!!!
Ok since I told you that I just shopping around the area at platinum mall and that street I'm really happy to say that everyday ..even we walk to the same place and shop with the same shop but I TELL YOU!! YOU CAN ALWAYS FIND SOMETHING NEW in the exactly same shop you visited before. I think their stock turnover is really high! AHAHAHHA Everyday can't get enough for that and start to count how much I left for the last day. Lol
Place I went during my BKK trip. Every place around the Platinum Mall♥. The street near platinum mall which have early and night market. I'm quite curious I can't find any accessories store during my visit except when I visited and went to the shop area inside platinum mall but those accessories is DAMN NICE & PRETTY but the price is like RM20 and when I compare with the clothes I think I rather buy clothes for myself rather than accessories. Lol Then some of the place can let you shop til drop like Platinum Mall , MBK shopping mall , Pratunam market , chatuchak, street which in front of the mc donald and exchange rate bank there (near platinum mall that street) and I think every morning market and shopping mall inside also can shop. (Will upload those photo I snap regarding the street for you ya cause not sure the street call what) You just walk and walk like never end your day. I still got walk through and walk inside a mall but not sure what's the name and the shopping mall seems so new and the fashion item can get is more fashion than platinum mall and markets. Of course the price is slightly expensive because inside the mall still have some self designer shop selling their own design clothing line. I really dunno the name of that but all item RM25-60 la so I also didn't shop for that! HAHAHA Just walk around with my pale stupid sick face.
My serious face when I trying to find out some accessories for my own but horrr!! I didn't buy any accessories because even their price is really expensive for me. Why I feel expensive is because once you walk around those night market or street they are selling RM10 only for one T shirt then you go inside the shopping mall you saw a RM20 accessories you will think like " OH I CAN GET ANOTHER 2 OUTFIT if i didn't buy this' LOLLLLL For me la! HHAHAHAHAInside platinum mall I only saw a shop selling Bikini but what I looking for is actually a high waist bikini. Kl selling RM69-89.90 for one set if you really shop online and check out their price. I keep tahan myself not to purchase online until I actually went to BKK and bought this set for my own collection. I mean for me to wear while I'm swimming although I think most of us just posing and snap upload to insta! HAHAHAHAHAHA
Hotel is my best place to snap and searching for free wifi. Lol The white bed sheet really did a good job on my instagram photo. I got this for RM49.90! So cheap right? If you purchase 2 set above can get RM45 but I already so poor left RM100 to survive for my last day lol..So I think I got this enough and some of you actually saw my instagram and inbox me ask me to help you purchase. I hope to help too but if I got additional money. I don't have credit card and additional money somemore I also wanna buy more . Have to say sorry for disappointing you and some get angry -.- I really feel so moody when you actually angry at me with this kind of thing! Lol Please don't do this anymore unless you told me before I go for my trip so I can have additional money to count and plan for it. Stand in my position and think plus I can choose not to reply you actually :) *peace*
This photo taken in front of the street and market. I didn't went to morning market because I'm so sleepy and those people staying next our hotel room actually came from china. They voice is super LOUD MAKE US CAN'T SLEEP and I wishes to scold them with #$%$$@$%$@# because 6 of them actually stay in diff room and keep walk around. we did complain but still USELESS for that. Argh!!!This is how their shop beside those street and road look like. Remember not to be like me road stupid because you might sesat jalan inside. Once you walk inside the shop have another shop appear and the road can actually pass through and you will sae another street again. I tell you I don't even know how to walk and remember back my origin place. I walk until I keep on shouting ask my friend not to leave us :'( If not me and vivian really will sesat inside and I can't talk thai language to ask for help too. I'm really bad in memorize road because it's so confusing.
You see. Once you walk inside then you see the end but when you turn to the right and left...Got another road to pass through that again. Loll really so confuse one if you didn't take and snap some photo for that I tell you :"(
Enough for that? Then you might walk out from there or until the end of that area when you walk out you will see something like this. AGAIN! LOTSSSSSSSSSS OF PRETTY CLOTHES AGAIN♥♥!!
This is their market and remember to bring someone who have the same taste or same style with you. SO that you can get cheaper price once you purchase more than 3 pieces.
You know why I poor ? Because I don't have luggage and think to purchase one at there ( my blue luggage I borrowed from my bf one) and that's my last minutes plan. I think I plan to buy when I saw my blue luggage and the size is not enough for me to put. So...I searching for so long and asked so many shop around FINALLY I GOT MY VERY FIRST LUGGAGE IN MY LIFE♥. haahahah and I actually very sayang this pink BIG SIZE luggage. Guess how much I get this? I negotiate with a shop the shop have a old women (look like my grandmom age) and she can speak chinese actually. She speak the language that I know with me and at the same time when I ask how much she speak and discuss the price with another uncle in thai language which I can't understand. Not sure what they talking but I know the old women wanted to sell my higher price then the body language can tell me. Lastly the uncle let me negotiate abit until reach the price I can afford. I got this for RM170!! LARGE SIZE one and 360 degree can turn one. Not bad la because within my budget I can get this actually very good already :)
Then RM10 each for phone casing. I got myself 3 only because I think the design so limited. HAHAHAHA
I think I got tell you that their accessories is quite expensive right? Then their shoe also very expensive except those shoe sell at night market or near the street. I got this for RM13 and some RM15 only but don't have size 4 so I can't buy this for my friend. I got all size 38 AND some it stated size 37 but I can wear. I got 3 pairs for myself. So cheap hooo!!!
This is the street I told you previously. In front of platinum mall I think. and most of the seller is the shop owner inside platinum mall. Not sure isn't those bag can't sell or a little bit spoiled or fade in color or last unit lah but the price is really worth. RM20 for a bag!! If you really search and find one by one inside you can actually found something you like but at the same time someone will steal that from you -.- I so slow when I saw that I wanna grab and buy but a girl behind me out her hand up and took that :'( I'M TOOOO LATE. Lots of people there and some 'AH GUA' there too.
Slipper I get from night market RM18 and I didn't buy myself any bag so I grab this bag for only RM25 because I don't have small sling bag with this kind of color. So thinking to own one unit too so just grab la.
So this is the last day ..I'm carrying two luggage LOLLLLL
Something you need to know:
#1 So far the area near me only sell shoes at night
#2 Remember to check your clothes see whether have any dirty or insect because when I back home..
I FOUND ONE COCKROACH (dead 1) stick on one of my new purchase dress wtf?!
#3 Once you purchase at the same shop remember to re confirm color and amount you purchase they get wrong and confuse when too many buyer at the same time /or they will give you the wrong color and style which you want
#4 Oh yea guess this I mentioned previous , most of the place offer cheaper price when you purchase 3 pieces above. So you can now think to go with who and each of you took diff pieces or color then can save more :)
#5 Some shop can mix within 3 diff pieces but some have to be same kind or type but diff color so you can ask before purchase. Diff price between same type but diff color / diff kind diff color within a same shop
#6 Most of the clothes can't try and FREE SIZE. But if you purchase chiffon kind of clothes then you wont be worry because most of them can be wear but XS size one might be loose for you :)
#7 Remember to check earlier not to overweight ya! Every hotel have the measure tool for you to measure :)
#8 bag and accessories at shopping mall is very expensive but night market very cheap (accessories at night market still ok)
#9 When you back you can purchase NaRaYa collection bag to your parent or relative.
The quality of the bag is really SUPER SOFT but design abit too normal la.. But I did purchase a small pouch for myself to use it as my little makeup bag
#10 I know that the 3rd day your leg start to tired. Like all of us the 4th day already can't walk and didn't really shop :'( So we went to a massage place near our hotel area. RM20 per hour for leg massage :)
That's all for my BKK Trip and next time I wish to visit there again and plan to go siam for some delicious food again!!
Muhahahaaa
Ciaoz♥♥
Ps: Before I went to BKK trip some sweetie actually inbox and tell me where should I go and visit. Really thanks and appreciate and Thansk Casey & Vivian too :) Love xx
BKK Trip #3 : Things You Need To Know

Let's get started with the first thing before I reach for my BKK trip. I remember everytime I travel to my trip I always ask for their country sim card. So as usual, I asked my friends whether I should get a sim card so that I got 3G to use once I reach BKK but what my friends told me was , she mentioned to me better not to do so because we have no time to play our phone except when we reach our hotel room. So don't purposely go get a new sim card because most of the hotel have their own free wifi at each floor and expired on the day you check out your room.
For my case, my hotel gave me a ID code & Password to log in the wifi and then we can get free wifi as long as you're in the hotel. Thanks god I didn't go to apply a new sim card because it's totally waste of money. Everyone appear to be SHOP-TIL-DROP and you have so much thing need to carry!!! You don't have an extra hand to use your data and upload photo for that. We went to the market street every morning then came back once after 4-5 hours just to put back our things and those clothes we purchased. Then during that hour we will rest in our room and of course have fun with your social media and shared whatever you like.
So no need to purchase additional sim card just for you to use the data plan & 3G. It's better to use the money to shop ok? You can get additional 2-3 clothes with that amount of money ! Lol budget chanwon now

Remember I mentioned in the previous post that along the street opposite and next to platinum mall have lots of bank appear and you can exchange for the money? This is what I get from my colleagues previously. They told me among all diff bank (probably have 4-5 diff bank with diff color sign/ symbol on that street) one bank which offer the cheapest rate for us to change their currency.
THIS IS THE BANK LOGO
Please remember this logo ya. It's like the green leaf and whole bank is green color. It's called as 'Kasokorn Bank♥' TAKE NOTE OF THIS because you can saved alot from this. At first I don't believe that so since we have additional time + nothing to do at night 3 of us actually walk whole street and we compare each of their currency. SERIOUSLY, this green bank offer the most cheapest rate. Even if you compare the amount of money you change from RM to Baht at Malaysia is somehow EXPENSIVE than the rate you change your RM to Baht at there.
So the 4th day all of us totally broke and we just keep on searching on our wallet see whether have additional RM to change anot!! HHAAHAHAHAH But remember ya you have to left RM50 for emergency purpose once you reach Malaysia and also remain few hundred baht to take taxi from your hotel to the airport. I remember we used 400baht to take taxi from our hotel to airport. (If I'm not wrong lah)

Oh yea this is a must! Remember to bring international plug to BKK if you have. If not you can actually purchase at 7-11 but the price will be like around 240 baht-400 baht. So we didn't buy any plug at first but when we walk around suddenly jump into a pharmacy shop which located at the street selling those seafood , satay , sotong , coconut jelly. We are looking for a chinese headache oil as our souvenir but end out we saw this.
OMG THE PLUG IS JUST 40 Baht. I'm sure this is the cheapest we can get so far because we search for whole day until the 2nd day we only able to find this price inside one old old super old pharmacy. So if it's cheaper than 80 baht you can buy if not just....just try and see your luck or purchase before you go for your trip. I think I should buy one international plug for my future travel kits.
#4
So yea this is the old man chinese Siang Pure Oil which you can purchase as your souvenir to your family. I'm not sure why this is so popular and everyone of us did purchase 12 bottle just for our family. You know once I reach there my friends told us that we need to find this out because her mom ask her to purchase. Then I was like..Wahlao got people ask to purchase this kind of thing one a? Then few hours later when I reached hotel..
I received my dad watsapp msg...
He ask me to purchase one big box (12 bottles) for him. So that he can give my grandmom and relative. I was like..HUH? If you let me know earlier than I'm sure will prepare enough money to buy souvenir but you know ya sometime being too kind is like that. Just like what I experience everytime I travel. I wont tell my relative because they will think I'm rich and I'm okay to carry ANYTHING back for them. I'm actually very OK with this because my friends also told me to purchase something back but hor..
I HATE PEOPLE TELL ME WHEN I'M REACH THAT COUNTRY
Because....
I actually planned and count my money so that I have additional left for me to purchase something to my mom , dad , bf , bro.. But they never think anything and just take it as guarantee... Never told us earlier.. This is what I hate the most if I'm rich nvm la..I save money for whole year just hope to enjoy my trip but need to buy this and buy that for you without inform me earlier. I don't know who the hell told them then one by one ask me to grab as much as I can. You know this is fragile and can easily break or spoiled.. So I have to hand carry it and because of this I can't bring some famous BKK snack to my own family.
Very annoying because they tell me last mins. But I still did what they ask for. If not later talk a lot again... And even I think I'm the one who separate the souvenir they still complain how come buy so less.. -.- Jie jie ar! You help me to carry lo!
So if you're going to any trip before you go you need to write down everything which people ask you to purchase and grab. Then, make it into a list. Once you reach your destination the first thing is... PURCHASE EVERYTHING ON THE LIST first then only you can shop for your own. If not later sure no money left because surprisingly you will find out the amount of money you spend for them is just have to be equal the amount of money spend for yourself. IDK Why! Lol
Hmmm So yea.. If you went to BKK or Thailand thinking what to purchase for you relative..Very easy you just purchase this (few boxes) then give them one bottle per person xD JKJK!!! But really cheaper than Malaysia la!! Can negotiate some more!

I know it's scary and terrible but this is what I gone through the whole 1-2 week once I back from BKK. Ok story began, I think their air pollution is really serious and terrible for me. Because I never experience these to pop out and appear on my face. I think those start to appear on the 3rd day during my trip. At first I thought that because I washed my face twice a day maybe not enough so I still do some mask to protect my face and fight with the dirty condition.
Then it still wont be so serious.. Once I back from there. My forehead starting to appear this kind of thing. I thought it was just normal will be back in a few days time. Then I (so stupid) go and use the remove blackhead mask to remove it because those pimple doesn't look like pimple and I thought it's black head since I know my skin became like this is just because of the dirty air pollution. The next day I woke up..
I WAS LIKE WTF?? WHY SO SCARY and not pimples anymore.
I didn't use any facial cleanser the day after. I use plain water then my mom see I'm so emo and I don't even dare to stand in front of mirror because it's so terrible for me. Very itchy , redness and SO ITCHY!! That time I still need to take care my Bebe and bring him to see vet. I also don't dare to go out and I tie all my hair up...
The 4th day after I back..I only feel like asking help from doctor. I went to a clinic near my house they told me my face sensitive maybe allergic to dust or blablabla.. Most probably either the bad air pollution during my trip to BKK. So I eat the medicine and applied the pink liquid on my face. But before that I have to say Thankiuu to Yang Bao Bei♥ because she's the one having the same problem like me once she back from BKK and she replied on my status. THANKS GOD if not I thought I'm gonna die for my face. Luckily she ask me to look for medicine and put on my face if not I forever think that my face gonna recover soon LOL

Better get this when you shopping at BKK. Some of you asked me where I get this from. I get this from the street near platinum mall. Around that area got lotsss of shop and night market selling this too. This is the L size and it cost us for RM45 , 450 baht. I think it's the cheapest we get because we asked lot of diff place only this is the cheapest and the quality seems to be better than others. It's very thick kind of PVC plastic or something like that la. Don't know how to describe it HAHAHAHAAH
If without this you have to carry a recycle bag around but let me tell you. IT'S NOT ENOUGH because I brought recycle bag too but just can put like 8 clothes then full already + my shoulder very pain because of that so I decided to buy this and yea I can use to carry it around the shopping mall and market. Teehee Very convenient but it's still the best if someone can help me to carry this T.T So heavy man!!!
#7
If you really walk around you can actually see that whole BKK street and place you can't see any rubbish bin except a small filled rubbish bin inside 7-11. I'm not sure why but from the 1st day until the last day we only found out 7-11 got rubbish bin. The whole street we walk and pass by without any plastic paper bag to let us throw our thing. So when we buy coconut or whatever food we eat in front of the stall then they will throw it for us! Lol so amazing and the street can I say it's even cleaner than our Malaysia pasar malam! Lol dirty la but compare with us still clean a little bit. HAHAHAA
And when you walk on the street you need to be careful and get surprise by all cockroach and mouse. A 7-11 3km far from our hotel (at night) will pop out SUPER LOTS OF MOUSE. MANY MOUSE APPEAR I DON'T KNOW WTH IT'S THERE BUT SERIOUSLY SCARED EVERYONE OF US! wtf
So be careful la. Even when you standing beside the road and shopping around the cockroach can pass by your leg. This is what we experienced -.-

Forgot to mention remember to bring your own panadol or medicine because IDK why the last day we back..That morning I got flu + fever. LOL Maybe walked too much and shop too much until the last day too tired probably you have a chance to get sick. I'm so sick can't eat can't talk and look so blue so you know why I didn't have selca photo on the last day during my trip! Lol My lovely pillow! While my friend casey also not feeling well. So remember to take care yourself♥.

We walk a lot. Not much chance to sit this tutu car but that night was raining so we must try to 'have fun' inside the tutu car. Oh yea remember to negotiate with this especially when the weather changed they charge really high if you're tourist or you carry lots of thing.
Or you can choose to act DAMN HAPPY DAMN HIGH to make the driver laugh..Then he is so happy can give us discount or negotiate. But some really not friendly luckily twice we met also very friendly one. He purposely drive so fast then I keep on shout at the back and the driver keep laughing. Then he open the price like RM10 but we negotiate it to become RM5..We keep take out our 50 baht and told him we only have 50 baht with our BODY LANGUAGE! ahhaahhaa
Nice experience. Lol
#10
I can tell you the 3rd day onward your leg will be damn tired and you feel like it isn't yours anymore. So we went for a leg massage. The normal rate for shoulder + leg massage (1 hour) will be 200 baht. Means RM20 for one hour massage so remember to look for the price because some will slightly expensive and the most good experience is I tried full body massage.
Not able to snap the photo because the room was so dark and a little light bulb beside. Then the ppl (female) help us massage my friends casey and vivian just massage beside of my bed. Lot of 'cracking' sound of my bone and It's really my very very very first time. I'm scared at first but slowly I think it's really fun xD
Nice experience and you should try their full body msg too!!!!
That's all for today. Love xx♥♥
