Herloo People ♥ I guess ..I think you are still wondering why am I disappear for this few days! Not even updated my blog post here :'( This gonna be a emo post! Skip this post if you don't wanna get angry like me : X

I'm so patient cause I still wait for the people to come my house..My lap top go into hospital not because of virus or anything but just a little problem..The case or something spoil so I need to fix it and they promise that will fix it within 1 week time.. 

As you know I'm still a student..I need to catch up with all my tutorial and assignments..
Bla bla bla so I can't live without lap top ! I need to blog to earn money as well
Then I'm so exited to see my lappy! Last Friday they take back to their company...
Til today..3 extra days! more than 1 week!

I'm so patient and I called them just now then they ask whether I can wait til tml! They're not free.
But I called them this morning they promise me today!
I told them I CAN'T...I already give them extra time to fix it ..
What to do with that! but still.....he promise to come my house later..

FEW HOURS LATER, he reached! But not the person who fix my lappy but his partner..
So, HE KNOW NOTHING! Then I check my lap top...
YOU KNOW WHAT THEY DID TO FIX ME LAP TOP?
I will show you how worst is the result..They 'FIX' it by using SUPER GLUE!
What is this f***ing white thing that stick on my lap top! THAT'S GLUE..
I can't control my feeling..I'm angry not because you're late..
Because I'm not satisfied with this! I pay you for total RM150! you promise to fix it..But
what you did with my lap top? Using Super glue? glue? Are you Brainless? 
bad service + super glue + irresponsible cost me RM150..

Never mind! Then I check again my lap top...THIS IS MORE WORST THAN WHAT I IMAGING.. 
 MY LAP TOP STILL remain almost the same! this is most disappointed me and make me angry!
I PAY YOU RM150 YOU FIX IT WITH GLUE AND STILL REMAIN ALMOST THE SAME !
Then his partner call him..He say this is what he can do with RM150 ! cause if wanna change whole case they will ask dell to fix it need to charge like rm 200++

Then he pass the phone to  me..I ask him..why blablablabla...And I'm so angry
YOU KNOW YOU PAY THEM FOR SERVICE AND END UP YOU GOT NOTHING!
then he not gentlemen at all..HE replied " WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO THEN?"
WTF!! THIS IS SO CALLED 'SERVICE'?
damn you!

Then he say if wanna fix it perfectly must let them to take back my lap top and wait for few week..
I asked them to give me a specific time period but they can't confirm!
what you think! I pay for it and received this kind of service ! damn again!
Then i say never mind if i wanna ask dell to fix it cost RM200 then need how many day..
Then he reply me not RM200 is RM500! WHAT the xxxxx

My mom and my ear isn't got problem...We can hear clearly you told us RM200 not RM500..
God!  Mandarin 2 vs 5 is so much diff OKIE!
I'm damn angry with that ..non stop! can't stop at all..
I can't be nice to them if I paid so much money and end up with this kind of f****** outcome..
I'm not satisfied! Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh~~~
Then I'm getting mad ..the people ask me back..What i want ._______.
I'm angry because I'm really unsatisfied with this so called 'Fixed' my lap top..
YOU BREAK MY LIMITATION.. I talk nicely to you but what he replied..

Bullshit ! at the end he ask me go find other shop to fix it then pay back the money for me..
I'M NOT CARE ABOUT THE MONEY..
IS THE SERVICE THEY OFFERED!

Okie..I'm mad ..Gonna burst soon! my lap top now is like shit ..Glue here and there..
You use glue to fix it so now how am I gonna change the case?! 
are you BRAINLESS?!

I'm sorry if i'm really rude and spoil your mood..But this is service? 
Why all those people not honest at all?
I tried to let other people repair my PC before..They took my exp graphic card!
My friends lose her Original Window 7 CD..
You're Freaking 'Awesome' ! This is business..

I asked them 'What if my lap top cover spoiled again ' 
'......hmmmmm.....' he replied !

Please, we're not stupid ! we got brain can check!
Can you just fix it nicely! PLEASE BE HONESTLY TO YOUR CUSTOMER..
If not you will lost all your customer..
I really feel so disappointed with the human's attitude! 
Some wont feel shame for asking brainless question and this kind of brainless service..

FOREVER EVER .. I wont call you for service or repair my lap top again..
Omg! You will know what is the impact of being not honest to all your customer SOON :)

I'm really SO disappointed !

P/s: sorry for this emo post..Hopefully I can release my feeling here and calm down after that* hopefully* ...If not I'm going to burst!
